 Comment faut-il prendre un rendez-vous pour se faire vacciner? 

Pendant cette première phase de la campagne de vaccination publique, la priorité est accordée aux résidents du territoire âgés de 85ans et plus. Seules les personnes ayant obtenu un rendez-vous seront vaccinées sur place.

On peut prendre un rendez-vous en ligne, sur le site www.quebec.ca/vaccincovid, ou par téléphone, au numéro 514-644-4545 entre 8 h et 18 h, du lundi au vendredi et entre 8 h 30 à 16 h 30 le samedi et dimanche.

Notez que la carte d’assurance maladie n’est pas requise pour prendre un rendez-vous. La vaccination est gratuite pour tous.

 Tous les centres de vaccination sont accessibles par fauteuil roulant. 

 Est-ce que les résidents du territoire du CIUSSS sont tenus de prendre un rendez-vous au centre de vaccination le plus proche de leur domicile?

Les résidents sont libres de prendre un rendez-vous au centre de vaccination de leur choix.

 

Est-ce obligatoire d’avoir une carte d’assurance maladie pour être vacciné?

Tous les résidents sont admissibles au vaccin. Veuillez apporter votre carte d’assurance maladie si vous en avez une. Dans le cas contraire, apportez une carte d’identité prouvant que vous répondez aux critères de vaccination. Par exemple, pour être vaccinés la semaine prochaine, les résidents doivent prouver qu’ils sont nés en 1936 ou avant.

 How can an appointment be made for a vaccine?

Appointments can be made online through www.quebec.ca/covidvaccine or by telephone at 514-644-4545 between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. 

A health care card is not required to make an appointment but recommended. Vaccination is free for everyone. 

 

 Do the residents of our CIUSSS have to make an appointment at the vaccination site closest to their home?

Residents are free to make an appointment at whatever site they prefer.

 Is it obligatory to have a health card to be vaccinated?

All residents are eligible to be vaccinated. If you have a health card, please bring it with you. If you do not, please bring identification demonstrating that you meet the specific criteria to be vaccinated. For example, to be vaccinated next week residents must prove that they were born in 1936 or before.

Who can use this tool: 
Non-profit organizations, community groups, tables, committees, coalitions, NDG institutions, NDG Community Council Members.
Purpose: 
to help organizations to publish and coordinate their events. Community groups can consult which date to choose when they are planning time and date of an event.

Announcements and events will be shared in our weekly newsletter.

Types of announcements:

Please note that we only promote initiatives or organisations that are officially registered as non-profits.
Content:
Please note that any announcements that are political or religious in nature will not be included.
