Spaces for Rent in NDG - RESOURCE GUIDE
The NDG Community Space Coalition offers a resource guide for the community groups in NDG looking for venues for their meetings and events.The venues included in the list are available for renting only on a temporary, short-term basis (per-hour or per-day). If you are a community group, non-profit organization, or a resident that is planning a community event in NDG, this resource guide will give you information about potential venues in the neighbourhood.
* The NDG Community Council is not responsible for rooms’ reservation and prices are negotiable with the respective organizations directly.
Space for the community
The Council’s meeting rooms are extensively shared amongst our staff and the community:
- English/French second language conversation groups,
- Resident gatherings and meetings,
- AGMs,
- Training sessions,
- Music rehearsal and more!
This space lending service keeps our office a bustling hub of activity.

ROOMS AVAILABLE: Variety of venues such as: classrooms, conference rooms, atriums and a conference centre located at the Loyola Campus.
PRICE: Non-profit organizations and alumni of Concordia University receive a preferred rental fee for space. All other external clients pay full rental fees. Please call for further details.
LOGISTICS: Chairs and tables, Extra equipment by demand tech equipment available through "IITS" at Concordia (projector, sound equipment, computer etc.)
NOTES: Wheelchair accessible, Childcare room available. Set-ups: vary depending on the space. Options for the conference rooms are conference, u-shape, open square, theatre, workshop, reception and banquet. The classrooms have chairs and desks or tablets but the set-up of the room will vary. Food: use of one or more of the university approved caterers (many to select from). Liability insurance: It is requested that proof of liability insurance is provided for 2 million dollars.
