The NDG Community Council supports citizens to work together to improve the quality of life in Notre-Dame-de-Grâce in partnership with community organizations and institutions.

To pursue this goal, the Council plays various roles including:

• Discussing  ways and means to address important community issues with relevant community partners
• Implementing decisions to ensure desired outcomes
• Distributing information that promotes social welfare in the community
• Organizing  and supporting  community projects
• Organizing broad-based discussion about projects that allow differing views to be heard
