Composition

The Council is governed by a Board of Directors made up of a maximum of 13 NDG residents.

The Council's staff appoints a member of their team to sit on the Board. The Executive Director is a non-voting Board member. Board committees are formed as needed to develop initiatives that are adopted by the Board of Directors.
